Access by tarmac road, approx. 4km outside the village.

 The plot measures 34,908m² according to the cadastral data and is zoned agricultural. A house can/may be built with a so-called 'footprint' of 2% up to a maximum height of 7 metres. I.e. a house with a building area of almost 700m², spread over two floors.
