We had another record-breaking year in 2022 selling properties for more than 100 million Euros. We are expanding our portfolio of offices in 2023 making it a total of 8 offices across mainland Spain and Canary Islands. Job Description – Office centrally located in Marbella Center

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Agent to be a link between buyers and sellers. The responsibility of a Real Estate Agent includes marketing properties for sales and provide guidance for our buyers and sellers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s looking to grow their career in Real Estate.

Job Requirement

  • Provide guidance to assist buyers to purchase a property at the best price and under the best terms as well as supporting sellers in marketing their properties and ensure they achieve the best selling price possible.
  • Manage the client expectations and explain the buying and selling processes in Spain, manage the price negotiation process, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Do market analysis to estimate properties value.
  • Market properties to possible buyers.
  • Maintain and update the listings of available properties for sale.
  • Build relationships with Developers.
  • Network in various networks and groups.
  • Promote sales through advertisements and listing processes.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Keep up to date with the current market conditions.

Skills and experience needed

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
  • Communication Skills: Real Estate Agents must effectively engage with Clients, Agents, and Collaboration Partners.
  • Negotiation Skills: Mastery in price negotiations to secure properties for Clients at optimal rates.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in property market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory and German is advantageous.
  • Punctuality, trustworthiness, and reliability are essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Prior experience in the field is preferred.
